The High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad recruits its own ministerial and stenographer staff. Clerks and copists support Hyderabad benches and Telangana district connectivity as per the notice. This page is English and Hindi court-prose practice at 35 WPM for ten minutes. Telugu compulsory papers that English WPM cannot clear
English typing in the clerical 30–40 WPM band plus Telugu typing when notified is the usual pair. If Telugu typing is compulsory, you must clear that script’s standard too. Switch this page to Telugu for that stream. Hindi is not a substitute for Telugu. Spoken Hyderabadi does not convert an English paper, and it does not convert a Telugu paper. Lock the printed pair in week one.
Urdu appears in some Hyderabad legal contexts but is rarely the official typing medium — follow the notice. Do not invent an Urdu paper because you saw Urdu on a cause list. Private Hyderabad LPO cutoffs that are not this skill test
Hyderabad hosts many private legal-process jobs. Those BPO or LPO cutoffs are not the High Court’s skill test. Keep the two separate. If you type for a vendor, open the legal-transcription card for that market. If you applied to Telangana High Court, stay here. Same city, different letterhead. A vendor 50 WPM English test does not quote a Telugu copist standard. Court service rules do not quote a vendor tool.
Selected staff type bilingual cause lists. English accuracy on this page is still useful even if Telugu is the second paper. After you hold the timed gate, add Telangana district names and party spellings you mis-type. Wrong titles travel. Exam typing is a burst. Registry typing is identifiers under interruption. Urdu in some legal contexts, rarely the official typing medium
Hyderabad’s legal culture is broader than the skill-test dropdown. Follow the advertisement for the medium, not the city’s linguistic reputation. If the notice lists English and Telugu, those are the papers. If it lists something else, train that on the OS. This site finishes English and Hindi running matter. It does not finish Telugu or Urdu. Adding the wrong extra script the week of the lab is how bilingual candidates waste a sitting.

District connectivity means lists move out of Hyderabad. Clean English and clean Telugu, if you qualified on both, have to survive that journey. Keep weekly sittings in every script you passed. English decay is real on a Telugu-first desk. Telugu decay is real if you retreat to English social media or LPO English. Orders must still match the signed original. Document verification matches the High Court list, including local-status rows. A practice WPM does not cure a missing certificate. The candidate name in settings is a local label. Labs match photo and signature. Eat, use a familiar keyboard the day before, and bring glasses if you need them. Official PDFs always win if they disagree with this guide. Urdu may appear in legal culture and still miss the official typing medium.
Local-status rules in the Telangana advertisement
Do not import Andhra local-status logic or an old combined table. Telangana’s advertisement is the only row that matters. Keyboard work does not rewrite it. If you also hold an Amaravati hall ticket the same season, you are sitting two High Courts, not one leftover state. Read both PDFs. Sit the matching card the week of each lab. Combined-era cutoffs are not a corrigendum for either successor court. Telugu remains compulsory when the vacancy table says so.
Week one: confirm Hyderabad versus Amaravati letterhead, baseline English, start Telugu IME if listed. Week two: accuracy and legal spellings. Week three: full-window holds. Open the Andhra card if the admit card is Amaravati. Open the legal-transcription card if the test is a private vendor. Open this card if the admit card is Telangana High Court. Telugu can appear in more than one of those stories. The letterhead still decides. Do not assume one English 35 WPM gate covers a successor court, a neighbouring court, and a KPO floor.
