These terms govern your use of India Typing Test at https://indiatypingtest.com (indiatypingtest.com). The operator is Sai (sai8121999war@gmail.com). By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, leave the site.
The service is practice, not an official exam
India Typing Test provides typing tests, lessons, a translator, custom lists, and mocks that resemble government skill tests. It is not the Staff Selection Commission, not a railway board, not a high court, not an HR department, and not exam-conducting software used in a venue. Results are for training. They are not certificates, not appointment letters, and not proof of employability that a commission must accept.
Exam names on this site identify public tests that candidates search for. They are not endorsements. Always read the latest official notification for duration, language, formula, and permitted keys.
Accounts and names
You may use most tools without an account. If you sign in with Google, you must be allowed to use that Google account. Do not impersonate another person on the 24-hour ranking. We may remove names or photos that are abusive or misleading.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to break scoring.
- Do not upload malware in custom text.
- Do not use the translator for certified legal or medical documents.
- Do not claim a screenshot from this site is an official skill-test result.
- Do not click ads (if ads appear later) repeatedly to generate invalid traffic.
- Do not copy our passages into a product you sell as “official papers.”
Intellectual property
The site design, original passages, lesson sequence, and software are owned by the operator unless a third-party licence says otherwise. You may practise for personal use. You may not republish the lesson corpus or exam mocks as your own paid course without written permission.
Advertising
The site may display Google AdSense or similar ads in the future. Ads will be labelled. Your use of ads is also subject to Google’s policies. We are not responsible for third-party landing pages you click through to.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” Timing, WPM, translations, and exam captions can be wrong. Internet cuts, browser extensions, and IME bugs can change a score. We do not warrant that practice here will produce a particular hall result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows, the operator is not liable for lost exam chances, lost marks, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the site. If a court finds this clause too broad, liability is limited to the greater of one thousand Indian rupees or the amount you paid us in the last three months (currently zero, unless that changes).
Indemnity
You will indemnify the operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content in custom lists, or your claim that a practice score is official.
Termination
We may block access for abuse, fraud, or legal risk. You may stop using the site at any time and request profile deletion via sai8121999war@gmail.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory local rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where the law allows.
