Jabalpur, Indore, and Gwalior benches under one JJA notice
The High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur, with benches at Indore and Gwalior, recruits Junior Judicial Assistants and other ministerial staff. JJA work is file movement, lists, and computer typing for benches across MP. District allocation follows High Court rules after selection. This page is High Court JJA-style practice at a 35 WPM ten-minute gate. It is not the official CPCT client and not MP Police clerical software. Three benches still share one notice.
Online or OMR written test, computer typing, sometimes a computer proficiency module, then verification is the usual shape. Graduation and MP-specific age or residency clauses appear in some advertisements. Verify rather than assuming SSC rules. A CPCT score does not automatically waive a High Court typing test unless the notice says so. Candidates mix up CPCT, MP Police clerical, and High Court JJA. Each body sets its own skill test.
CPCT as a statewide certificate, not a waiver by default
Madhya Pradesh also runs a statewide Computer Proficiency Certification Test used by many departments. That is a different certificate. High Court JJA still follows the High Court notice. Only if that year’s advertisement expressly accepts CPCT in place of its own test does the certificate replace the live sitting. Many judicial recruitments still run a live typing skill test. Keep CPCT if you need it for other MP posts, and still practise this JJA page.
English and Hindi typing standards in the 30–35 WPM band are common. MP offices use Hindi heavily. A CPCT Hindi module is useful InScript practice; it is not automatically the High Court’s passage, duration, or error rule. Official High Court software, font, and backspace follow that year’s JJA notice. This browser allows ordinary backspace so you can train recovery. Convert the printed figures. Do not argue a CPCT scorecard at a Jabalpur lab door unless the PDF invites it.
MP Police clerical and High Court JJA as different clocks
Police LDC or ASI clerical work in MP can also mention CPCT or a live typing test. That path is not JJA. If your hall ticket is MP Police, open that card. If it is the High Court, stay here. Three benches mean you may type in a different city than you trained in. The keyboard skill travels; the notice’s language choice must be decided before exam day. Spoken Narmadapurani Hindi does not convert an English paper.
Hindi and English both appear. If both are listed, log them as separate sittings. Roman Hindi is not Devanagari. This page can switch language; it cannot install the High Court’s image. Changing script after you see the machine wastes a sitting. Legal running matter after the timed gate holds is the extra work. Petitioner and respondent help if English is compulsory. District names from MP help after joining. Language choice must be locked before you travel to another bench city.
30–35 WPM English and Hindi until the High Court speaks
Treat those figures as a working band, not a statute. This rehearsal’s 35 WPM gate is a training floor. If the notice prints another pair or a computer-proficiency extra, train those. Do not import a Delhi High Court cutoff. Do not import an RSSB LDC line. MP’s confusion set is CPCT and police, not Rajasthan’s board. Read the JJA PDF from scratch even if you already hold a valid CPCT.
Stenographer posts add dictation this page does not play. Computer proficiency modules need a real desktop. Clearing only WPM here is incomplete when extras are listed. A four-week plan: confirm whether CPCT is accepted, baseline both scripts if both are listed, hold accuracy, hold the printed window, reread the letter. Law reading is not timed fingers. CPCT theory is not High Court court prose. Split the week. District allocation after selection does not rewrite the skill-test language.
Graduation and residency clauses that are not SSC’s
Some advertisements add MP residency or local clauses that SSC CHSL never used. Keyboard work does not rewrite them. A practice WPM does not cure a missing domicile paper at verification. Carry whatever the High Court lists. The candidate name in settings is a local label. Labs match photo and signature. Nothing here is transmitted to Jabalpur, Indore, or Gwalior. Official PDFs always win if they disagree with this guide.
Allocation after selection can send you to a bench you did not visit while preparing. That is a posting fact, not a second language paper. Keep the layouts you qualified on. Hindi decay is real if you retreat to English social media while waiting for orders. Cause lists at any of the three benches still need clean party names. This pack is flavour, not CIS. Keyboard skill that travels; language choice locked early
Decide the printed medium in week one, not in a Jabalpur parking lot. If the notice lets you choose, pick the script you can hold for ten minutes with high accuracy. If it does not let you choose, train what it prints. Three cities share one High Court rulebook more than they share a municipal employer. BMC-style confusion is Maharashtra’s problem. Here the trap is believing CPCT deleted JJA typing.
After joining, keep a weekly timed sitting. File movement and lists punish a wrong next date. Accuracy on MP district names is the transferable habit. If you also sit CPCT for other departments, keep that official mock when the agency publishes it, and keep this page for court-flavoured endurance. Two clocks, two letterheads. Do not merge them into one screenshot you show at the wrong door. Thirty-to-thirty-five WPM in both scripts is a working assumption only.
Jabalpur JJA versus a statewide certificate and a police clock
Open the CPCT card if you need the statewide certificate for departmental jobs. Open the MP Police card if the admit card is police. Open this card if the admit card is High Court JJA. The Devanagari craft overlaps. The waiver story does not. Sit the matching URL the week of each lab. A comfortable CPCT module can still leave you short on legal running matter. A comfortable JJA mock does not print a CPCT score.
