Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board recruits Junior Secretariat Assistants, LDCs, stenographers, and related posts for GNCTD departments. JSA and LDC staff sit in Delhi government offices, local bodies, and departments that requisition DSSSB. Stenographer posts are a separate skill track. This page uses the familiar English 35 WPM band with a ten-minute clock. It is not SSC software and not Delhi High Court Registry. Union CHSL is a different employer even when the WPM looks similar.

Crowded Delhi labs and short-pitch laptop habits that fail
DSSSB is among the highest-volume state-capital clerical tests. Labs are crowded; keyboards vary. Practise on a standard desktop, not only a laptop with a short key-pitch if you can. Touch typing survives a strange machine. Hunt-and-peck dies in noise. English 35 WPM and Hindi 30 WPM on computer have been the familiar JSA lines. Duration is often ten minutes. Delhi offices are bilingual. Pick the skill-test language on your admit card. Spoken counter Hindi does not convert an English paper. Roman Hindi is not Devanagari. If you hold more than one, read each skill-test letter before you assume one 35 WPM gate covers every lab. Software and error rules can still differ when the WPM looks identical.
