The 3 August 2026 SSC list is only a Havaldar PET/PST shortlist for the MTS & Havaldar 2025 cycle. It is not the final MTS merit and not the MTS CBE result.
Candidates who applied only for MTS must wait for a separate CBE result. Havaldar shortlisted candidates wait for physical dates from SSC / CBIC / CBN as named.
The 2026 MTS notification is a different, unconfirmed advertisement. Do not treat a 2025 PET letter as a 2026 form.

No. It shortlists Havaldar candidates for PET/PST only. Final Havaldar merit comes after physical, medical and DV. MTS (non-Havaldar) CBE result is still not announced on this briefing. If your name is absent from the 3 August PDF you have not automatically failed MTS.
